Sorry for the late reply! I was busy updating Spawn #311 (with the Chadwick Boseman Tribute cover). From what I have read, it's about two detectives who patrol the alternate reality of dreams and stuff, and one goes missing, and the other is met by a mysterious woman who says she has always been his partner. I haven't read it, just some reviews.
