History
Overview Amaranth is a planet that is teeming in both rich and highly diverse flora and fauna. It is also inhabited by two known intelligent species known as the Elohi and the Joppa. It also enjoys protected status which means that the mining of its natural resources is closely monitored and restricted[1].
Mining[]
Amaranth's living conditions are harsh and severely limits prospectors' chances of getting rich off of mining. Many members of the mining workforce have criminal records[2].
Technology[]
Because of the relatively low level of technological advancement found on the planet (level four), tech higher than level six is prohibited. For the investigative crew introduced in Storm Dogs #1 this means that as long as they are on Amaranth they cannot have access to The Weave [3].Residents
