Synopsis for "Welcome to Astro City"

Ben Pullam and his daughters, Maggie and Faith, have just moved to Astro City from Boston.

In Astro City, Marcy Doerr from KAST-TV was interviewing random people on why they were living in Astro City. As Marcy was interviewing a resident named Ben Pullam, Samaritan had appeared, taking down to members of the Iron Legion. Then, Marcy turned to Samaritan, who claimed that the Iron Legion were no longer active again, before the latter flew away. Meanwhile, Ben and his two daughters went sightseeing around the city, seeing a statue of Air Ace and one of Silver Agent.

Later they returned to their home, where they felt a strong wind that broke open their windows. The cause of the wind was an entity known as Thunderhead, who Samaritan and the Honor Guard went to confront. Some heroes such as Jack-In-The-Box and Hanged Man went to warn the citizens of Astro City. Meanwhile, two individuals attempted to take advantage of the disaster and rob a bank. However, they were confronted and thwarted by Sunbird and Nightingale. Suddenly, Thunderhead shot a bolt of lightning at a building, causing a man to start to fall off before Cleopatra arrived and saved him.

As Samaritan continued to fight Thunderhead, Helia appeared and stopped him from causing any more destruction before they left together. The next day, the citizens were cleaning up the damage in Astro City. Despite what had happened, Ben decided that he and his family would stay in Astro City.
