Bernardo Twistelli is the reverend brother of Mafia boss Tony Twist. He looks down on his brother for disgracing their family name, but still helps Tony when he's in need. He warned Tony about the Vatican Secret Police taking out his organization and men. He informed Tony they were searching for a secret member of the Order of the Knights Templar, Vincent D'Egallo, who was Tony's right hand man.[1]
