Synopsis for "The Radical Return of Faulty Towers"
At Wertham Asylum, a patient and former architect named F. Roark Towers learned that another patient named Chester Katz stole his building design and sold it. Towers assaulted Katz and escaped from the asylum. Meanwhile, at Randall Clothiers, Reid insisted to his mother that they end their day of preparing for an upcoming fashion show. Later, Reid suited up as Knight Watchman and learned from newspaper editor Frank Spaulding that Towers had escaped from Wertham Asylum after learning of the new expo center. Towers had already attacked his former partners at the expo center and when Knight Watchman arrived, Towers detonated bombs that caused the building to gradually collapse. Fortunately, Knight Watchman was able to escape with the civilians in his Flying Shield. As Towers flew away from Knight Watchman, he was grounded by Katz, who had also escaped. Knight Watchman defeated them both before declaring that Towers' former partners would be going to prison for using "inferior building materials" to save money. Two days later, Reid and his mother went to the fashion show.

Synopsis for "The Absolute"
At an airport outside of Citrus Grove, Florida, Dr. Stavros met with Miss Destry and told her about his project involving the costumed hero known as the Absolute.
Dr. Stavros began to tell Miss Destry the story of how he came to be. Biohost had sent people into the Himalayas, where they had discovered the Star Chamber and found the Absolute inside of a sarcophagus. After the expedition, most of the team sent in had died. Dr. Stavros told Miss Destry about how they had kept the Absolute in a prison, made him believe that he was still in Nepal, and would study him. They would also test the Absolute's fighting abilities. After a drive, Miss Destry found out that the Absolute was impersonating Dr. Stavros. The Absolute revealed that he had switched places with Dr. Stavros before killing him, shortly before knocking Miss Destry unconscious and changing into his costume.
