Synopsis for "Part I: The Last Good Deed"

In his office in the Pentagon, Carl Kelly attempted to make advances on his secretary Lori Lake, but was rejected. General Black entered the room in search for Ultiman, who everyone believed was Carl's brother Chris. Carl went into an empty room and changed into his Ultiman suit and went off to fight Dexter Cortex's robot, who was robbing the Empire City Bank. Ultiman destroyed the robot and Cortex fired a gun at Ultiman that only created a mirror on the wall, before Cortex was revealed to only be a mechanical body and exploded. Then, Ultiman took the remains of the robot to study, while the bystanders were fascinated by the mirror.

Synopsis for "Part II: The Ultimate Criminal"

Ultiman returned to the Pentagon, where he was greeted by Lori and kissed her, only to hurt her. As General Black entered the room, Ultiman rushed away and returned as Carl Kelly. The General showed Carl and Lori a Daily Sun headline claiming that Ultiman robbed a bank, in addition to footage of Ultiman appearing to commit more crimes. Then, Ultiman flew in the sky and noticed that one of his robots was missing from his Secret Citadel. He entered the citadel and saw that the robot had been destroyed after bringing loot to their location. Meanwhile, Knight Watchman flew to the Secret Citadel to search for Ultiman, where he found him in an atomic chair, attempting to kill himself. Knight Watchman believed that Ultiman was innocent and prevented him from killing himself.

Synopsis for "Part III: The Menace of Reverso"

Knight Watchman showed to Ultiman that the impostor was left handed while the real him was right handed. Just then, the impostor was outside of the Secret Citadel, carrying a ship, before the two went to battle. Ultiman realized that the impostor was talking backwards. When they returned to the Empire City bank, Ultiman learned that the impostor was actually his reflection. Then, Knight Watchman used a mirror gun to trap Reverso in the mirror, before Ultiman destroyed it. Later, Lori told Carl that Ultiman had sent her flowers.

Synopsis for "Thunder Girl Meets Her Evil Imitator"

In the zoo, Dr. Binana used his telepathic powers to control a gorilla named Goliath and set both of themselves free, before they returned to his laboratory. Molly Wilson was with her friends, when she heard that two gangster named Penny and Claude had robbed a bank. She transformed into Thunder Girl and chased the two criminals. When she caught up to them, she defeated Claude, but Penny transformed into Tornado Girl, revealing that Dr. Binana had given her the ability to do so. Tornado Girl defeated Thunder Girl and she and Claude brought her to Dr. Binana's laboratory. There, she regained consciousness and defeated her three enemies, revealing that she had let Tornado Girl think she had won, so she could be taken to Dr. Binana. Then, Thunder Girl carried them to jail.
