Synopsis for "Odyssey to Save the Gods!"
On New Olympus, in Jupiter, Venus grounded her pursuer with an attack and learned that it was none other than Cupid. Then, Cupid attempted to warn Venus about Mars and Pluto before Mercury rushed towards them and informed her that Jupiter demanded her presence. Venus rushed to the palace, then to her ill father's bedside. Jupiter claimed that "all man" was responsible for his illness and tasked her with returning to Earth and rekindling man's interest in them in case they fade away and leave them prey to Pluto and Mars. Meanwhile, in the Underworld, Pluto and Mars saw a vision of Venus talking to Jupiter and planned to conquer Earth and to prepare their troops to face Venus.
Back on New Olympus, Venus turned to a statue of her deceased lover Jason Proudhawk and remembered her time with him before asking Cupid to accompany her to Earth. The two arrived in Central City during a Vietnam War protest.

Synopsis for "Along Came... The Lady Bug!"
The Renegade was tailing bank robbers by taking the rooftops. As a woman laid on the streets after her car was stolen by the robbers, the Renegade jumped on her car and entered it before defeating the two carjackers and saving her daughter. Patty Wheeler watched a report of the Renegade saving the girl before suiting up as Patty Wheeler. On the rooftop of The Pit, the Renegade learned from a former criminal that he and the bank robbers were all offered jobs by a criminal on Dock 10.
As the Renegade made his way for Dock 10, Ladybug offered to help him and she flew him there. Upon arrival, they defeated two criminals before their super-powered boss, Bruiser Brianco, escaped.
