Synopsis for "Legion Of The Dead"

In 1997, Ultragirl left behind her mother Arlene to visit her Pantheon of Heroes friends in the future and set her time cube for 1000 years into the future. After arriving at the Pantheon Headquarters in the 30th Century, she was greeted by Clone Boy and Ghost Girl before they remembered Jupiter Boy, whose death anniversary she arrived on. Ultragirl was sad as she remembered Jupiter Boy and Ghost Girl noticed that Clone Boy had a crush on the former of the two girls. Ultragirl asked Ghost Girl to deliver a message to Jupiter Boy, but the latter female revealed that she was unable to due to her body being destroyed while her soul self was out of it during a mission. The three began uncontrollably laughing when Laughing Boy approached them, much to their annoyance. Laughing Boy claimed that he was playing holo-chess with Jupiter Boy that morning, which Ultragirl believed was a joke, at first.

Laughing Boy took Ultragirl and his teammates to Valhalla Enterprises, a high-tech facility where the DNA of the greatest minds of all time was stored on computers, including Jupiter Boy. After Jupiter Boy greeted Laughing Boy, the former assumed life-size 3-D holographic form and greeted his teammates and Ultragirl, who wished that he could hold her. Jupiter Boy revealed that Clone Boy, if he agreed, could download his memories into a clone of himself for a short time. However, Clone Boy was reluctant, as there was a law against real cloning, but agreed to undergo the process.

As Clone Boy attempted to create a clone of Jupiter Boy, instead, he created Legion, the collective unconscious of those trapped in the computer memory banks. Legion planned to make those who imprisoned them pay. Laughing Boy and Ghost Girl attacked Legion, but due to him having Jupiter Boy's memories, he was able to anticipate their attacks and knew about their powers. Ultragirl noticed that Clone Boy was cloning more evil doppelgangers and learned that he was not in control of his own body. The machine produced another Legionaire clone, as well as a body for Jupiter Boy. Ultragirl was distracted by Jupiter Boy, allowing Legion and his clones to attack her. Jupiter Boy realized that stopping them would mean he would lose his only chance to live again. Clone Boy lashed out at Jupiter Boy for this and professed his love for Ultragirl, causing the Pantheon's former leader to smash the machine out of rage. Legion and his clones vanished before Ultragirl kissed Clone Boy on the cheek.

Synopsis for "The Ultimate Ape"

One day, at the Pentagon, General Black told Ultiman that he would be the guest of honor at the opening of the new space museum. Ultiman flew Lori to the Space Museum and introduced her to the curator Dr. Cornelius, who in turn, introduced them to Zippy, the Space Monkey, the very first Earth creature to go into outer space. Dr. Cornelius asked Lori to watch Zippy while he talked to Ultiman. Lori reluctantly agreed and soon lost Zippy. After Ultiman and Dr. Cornelius finished talking, Lori revealed that she lost him and the Man of the Future used his fluoroscopic vision to locate Zippy in a ventilator shaft on the second floor. After recovering him, they saw that he was sick. Zippy leaped through the ceiling, creating a hole and Ultiman theorized that the monkey could have been exposed to the same type of radiation that gave him his powers.

Ultiman searched in Empire City for Zippy, who developed powers similar to his own. Zippy used his powers to remove a tire from a passing truck that was saved by Ultiman, who spotted Zippy at the City Zoo before catching "him" and returned to the Space Museum with him for the opening ceremony. After the ceremony, Dr. Cornelius learned that "Zippy" had lost his power and Lori realized that the monkey was not Zippy, at all. The real Zippy was still at large.
