Synopsis for "Walk Like an Egyptian"
In a business meeting, archaeologists inform a man named Azad and his American ally Floyd Mason that they have found the lost cartouche of Sekmet. At their headquarters, the members of Bloodpool are discussing Seoul’s dislike of bugs when Psilence informs them they have a new client. The team travels to the Egyptian breakaway nation of Pharistan, tours the national museum, and meets their client, an official named Mamoud. He briefs them on Azad’s intent to raid the lost tomb of Sekmet-Ra. Mamoud also tells them Azad has corrupted elements of the government just before Pharistani troops burst in and open fire. Rubble is blasted apart but survives thanks to his powers which scares off the soldiers. Mamoud’s assistant warns Azad who is in the museum with his men. Using an ancient scarab-shaped artifact, he recites a spell that he says will give him god-like powers, but Bloodpool’s arrival interrupts him. The team quickly subdues Azad’s men, and Seoul breaks the artifact with her staff, reiterating that she hates bugs.
