Brock Fennel was the third newscaster from throughout the series always reporting current events with the other news casters until recent issues revealed that he was a demon from hell all along. Spawn later interrogates him to reveal to open the gate of hell is and left. Later Brock Fennel later appears still reporting current events with the other two newscasters. Spawn later appears to interrogate him about Wanda's killer and was forced to comply which was eventually revealed to be Violator.

Being a demon Brock likely has superhuman feats and a master of disguise.
