Phillip Krahn uses a power suit to protect his body in battle.
A Power Item is something custom created and crafted to aid someone. It can be wings to help a character fly, to a mechanical suit that protects their body.
It is not to be confused with Cybernetic Enhancement which is integrated into a person's body. It is also not to be confused with an item that acts as an inhibitor for a person with Item Dependency.
