Choy Xiong is an Asian farmer in a small Wisconsin town that was quarantined for people coming back to life.
He got into argument as she was accused of killing Stankiewicz' horses. He witness Terry Stankiewicz' murder by the hands of Arlene Dittman before being saved by local police.[1] Choy still attended the funeral of Terry even though they had their differences and offered his condolences.[2]
Choy later had his animals confiscated by the CDC when local officials declared them unfit for consumption.[3]
