Synopsis for 1st story
In a bar, a mysterious man (Cobra Commander) in a trench coat walks into a bar, when asked by the bartender what he needs, Cobra Commander states he needs a vehicle and tells the bartender to speak if he can be useful. A customer of the bar (Jimmy) drunkenly mocks and teases Cobra Commander and then leaves the bar, insulted Cobra Commander goes outside and spots the man getting into his truck. He tells the man he'll claim his vehicle instead, Jimmy asks what he's doing when suddenly Jimmy screams in pain as Cobra Commander murders him, the bartender comes out and at first thinks Jimmy left without paying only to realize he's been murdered. Sometime ago, the citizens of Cobra-La put up a rebellion, a scientist orders everyone to retreat but is murdered by Cobra Commander who orders that no one retreat lest they die and to instead hold their ground and protect their experiments. However, Cobra Commander's plan goes wrong when one of the scientists holds a bomb too long killing many scientists, citizens, and nearly Cobra Commander himself. Cobra Commander wakes up severely injured but alive, he puts his helmet on and is escorted by Pythona to Lord Golobulus who confronts Cobra Commander on his crimes.
Cobra Commander claims he was doing it for Cobra-La but Golobulus does not believe him and attempts to have him executed but using inventions Cobra Commander kills the guards and convinces the leader he was doing what he claims and that he but that he needs time to finish it. Golobulus reluctantly allows him to do as he promises and Cobra Commander reveals he has the deactivated body of Megatron in his lab, he zaps him to extract his memories and plans to use them to collect energon. In the present day Cobra Commander is met by a man in disguise who appears to be his escort sent to keep him alive in his mission, the man suggests he wear a disguise as to not attract attention but Cobra Commander states the whole point is to draw attention and they leave to continue the mission.
