Synopsis for the 1st Story

Stryker is in Sevastopol, Ukraine working as a bodyguard for the U.S. President at a decommissioning ceremony for a Soviet nuclear submarine.  Helping him is Icarus, a mutant who can fly.  A squadron of aircraft fires on the ceremony and deploys armored terrorists to attack the participants.  Stryker protects the President, but the terrorists kill Icarus. Their leader Death’s Angel arrives, and they take several dignitaries hostage before stealing the submarine and sailing away. Six months later, Stryke Force is working with a U.S. Navy carrier to track the sub.  Despite a warning from Stryker, the carrier is struck by torpedoes fired by Death’s Angel.  Stryker and Tempest deploy in a smaller craft, and the sub fires two missiles straight toward them.
