Synopsis for the 1st Story
Stryke Force battles Sh’rrrnn, but it quickly overwhelms them. Fortunately, Battalion, Diva, and Fuji soon arrive to help. Together, they drive it off, and it escapes by burning a hole in Skywatch’s hull. Black Anvil is sucked out into space, but Battalion telekinetically rescues him while Fuji plugs the breach. Later, Battalion and Stryker split the two teams into groups of three to search the station. Meanwhile, the alien’s superior declares it has failed at its mission and sends reinforcements. Black Anvil disagrees with Fuji and Tempest on where to search and goes off by himself. He finds Sh’rrrnn’s hideout and its unconscious captives. Because Tempest wanted to search a different area, Black Anvil is convinced the alien has taken her place and sets off after her. Elsewhere, Bloodbow, Diva, and Killrazor find Sh’rrrnn, and it attacks them, knocking out Diva and severely wounding Bloodbow and Killrazor. Diva wakes up to Bloodbow claiming Killrazor is dead. On Skywatch’s maintenance level, more of Sh’rrrnn’s race, the Shu’rii, arrive by teleportation.
