Crime Lab Studios (often stylized as Crimelab Studios) is a U.S.–based comic-book inking studio founded in 1995 by veteran Marvel inker Danny Miki. As a dedicated “inker” service, they’re credited with refining and finishing pencil artwork on dozens of Marvel titles under the name “Crime Lab,” “CrimeLab Studios,” or simply “CLS,” bringing depth and clarity to their line work on series such as "Spawn".
Over the years the core inking roster has included Danny Miki himself alongside Allen Martinez, Victor Olazaba, Russell Jackson, Scott Kobayashi and Jonathan Glapion. Together they’ve inked for Image Comics (And other companies), cementing Crime Lab Studios’ reputation as a go-to finishing house in the industry.
