Heatwave tells Cyblade of a news report about a woman found cocooned on top of the World Trade Center where the two of them picked up Stryker. The story reminds Cyblade and Impact of Stryker’s Skywatch mission, and they decide to notify Stryke Force. Ripclaw, Timmie, and Velocity meet Stryke Force on the Diable Marin off the New England coast. Sh’rrrnn arrives disguised as Bloodbow, reveals her true form, and explains her long impersonation of Bloodbow, angering Tempest. Suddenly, the Shu’rii attack. Sh’rrnnn fiercely defends her friends, but one of the Shu’rii triggers an explosion. |
