Synopsis for "The Tin Men of War: Part 4 of 4"
In a complex beneath Brooklyn, Mother-May-I rallies her mutant followers to attack Cyberdata for demolishing their housing project. An undercover Stryker observes this and alerts Cyberforce to her plans. At Cyberdata in Manhattan, CEO Emil Zadrok berates security chief Kimata for his failure to deal with the situation. Below, Timmie and Velocity have been recaptured and returned to their cell. After she is taken away to be mindwiped, Timmie escapes again. Just as Killjoy prepares to erase her mind, Timmie shuts off the power. Velocity flees but is quickly caught by Kimata. Cyberforce storms the building as Mother-May-I shuts off power to the entire city. En route to Cyberdata, she confides in Stryker that she provided the company with mutants in exchange for money. Cyberforce battles the S.H.O.C.s and C.O.P.S. while Mother-May-I confronts Kimata who has Ballistic hold Velocity hostage. Stryker and Ballistic exchange gunfire, and Kimata shoots Mother-May-I. She tries to use her powers to make him shoot himself, but his gun is out of bullets. One of the C.O.P.S. launches a grenade, and the ensuing explosion breaks Ballistic’s conditioning. She remembers that Velocity is her sister and Mother-May-I is their mother as she and Velocity dangle from the ledge of a destroyed window. Stryker saves them both, and Ballistic lets him and Velocity leave as she holds the dying Mother-May-I. Later, Cyberforce relaxes back at the Subplex as Timmie is reunited with his cat, C.C.
