Synopsis for "Some Weird Sin"

At Clark’s Bar, DV8 demands drinks, but Clark refuses because they are underage.  When Copycat uses her powers to try and force him to serve them, Hellstrike calls them out.  Sublime tries to punch him, starting a bar fight with the various superhumans present.  DV8 leaves the bar to find Sideways Bob waiting outside with a limousine to take them to the airport.  Baiul sends the team to Los Angeles to investigate murders committed by a cult of Gen-Actives called Twist.  They travel to Twist’s hideout in the California desert to assess the group for possible recruitment.  Bliss meets with their leader, Menlove, while the other members of Twist introduce themselves to the team.  Menlove reveals to Bliss he is a former IO operative who was fired for molesting a Gen-Active girl.  Before he left, he stole IO files and used them to recruit the members of Twist. Bliss realizes she was the girl he molested and kills him.  Meanwhile, one of Twist shows Evo the deformed Gen-Actives the cult keeps prisoner. Outraged, he kills her, and the two groups fight.  Distraught, Bliss runs out of the hideout and orders Frostbite to destroy it.  He blows it up using his powers, killing all of Twist. Upon their return to New York, the team confronts Baiul who reveals her real plan all along was for them to eliminate Twist.
