Creepy Daniel is a homeless man living in San Francisco.
Creepy Daniel found Marcus sleeping under a bridge and began stealing his items. When Marcus woke up and caught him, he let Daniel keep his shoes.[1]
When Marcus and Willie were attempting to complete their task of killing a bad person, Rory led them to a homeless man who's known to be crazy. Upon entering the tent, they found Creepy Daniel who crazily swung his knife at them before escaping.[2]
