David Massullo worked for Antonio Twistelli. When his brother, Tremor infiltrated Twist's stronghold to retrieve David, he was shocked to find David believed he was dead and wanted nothing to do with the monster he had become. Spawn interrupted and mangled David to the point of needing to be taken to the hospital. Despite his harsh words, Tremor still took him believing to take care of family first.[1]
