History

Detective Edland was investigating the crime scene of the 'Rose Killer' victim Hillary Reece, as well as serial killer Frank Autobahn. Due to inside information with Hillary Reece being a client of Sam Burke and Twitch Williams, they were called in to make a statement. When they refused to give up more information than necessary, Edland made his opinion known that he felt they were a disgrace to the badge.
