History
Dmitriy Ustinov took over the Russian rocket research division when Sergei Korolev was murdered by the Siill alien race.[1] He denied the promised freedom of Helmutt Grottrup as his knowledge was too valuable to the Russian rocket and space program.[2]
In Iceland, Ustinov signed a treaty to begin working with Americans on advanced research and unlimited budget under the guise of researching atomic warfare, which had already been completed. Ustinov worked closely with General Leslie Groves on project Vulcan. Their intention was to expand space exploration further with atomic power so that the human race could begin populating nearby inhabitable planets.
Usitnov was imprisoned when Joseph Oppenheimer blew the whistle on the Russian and American alignment.Attributes
