Origins[]

Donald was a field agent for the GDA for many years until his death during a mission in Egypt in 1994. The GDA recovered his body and placed his brain in an android body and erased the memory of his death but the process was imperfect and Donald was left without emotional attachments to his memories, which led to his divorce.[1][2]

Brit[]

Brit worked under Steven Erickson at the GDA and disapproved of his decision to try to kill Brit to replicate his powers.[3] He visited Brit's safe house when Erickson attacked and spent time with his girlfriend while Brit was busy killing everybody. At his return to the GDA Cecil Stedman complimented him and promoted him to his assistant. While talking to B.N. Winslow about his son he was forced to leave to warn Brit of a Frost Giant going on a rampage. Durign the battle with the giant Donald's helicopter was taken down, Donald survived but discovered that he was a cyborg. After recovering from his injuries he joined Brit at the hospital where they witnessed Brit Jr.'s birth.[4]

Liason to the Guardians[]

Donald was present when Cecil hired Robot to create a new roster for the Guardians of the Globe.[5] He warned Robot when his new Guardians struggled to keep up the pace[6] and added Bulletproof to the team after the invasion of the Flaxans.[7]

After finding out about his condition Donald informed his ex-wife about the real reason behind his change in behaviour but during their conversation he was called away due to his job. Cecil gave him some time off so that the two of them could mend their marriage and they got back together. While they were having sex aliens attacked the planet and Donald heroically rescued his family. Donald left to fight the aliens and during the battle he was almost killed but luckily for everybody Kid Fusion saved the day but tragically died after attacking Brit, who told Donald that he wanted to quit his job as a superhero.[2] After the battle, while getting pieced back together, Cecil expressed with him his dissatisfaction with the team's performance before firing Robot as team leader and promoting The Immortal.[8]

After the Guardians' fight against Machine Head's men Robot expressed to him worry about Monster Girl's condition.[9] When Omnipotus attacked the planet he joined the fight but was quickly defeated, luckily Black Samson woke up from his coma and defeated the villain, saving the planet.[10] When the GDA rebuilt Rick Sheridan's body Donald conforted the young man when he became depressed about his condition as a cyborg and shared his story with him.[1]
