Synopsis for 1st story
Brotherhood of Man leader Bob Frondmead brings former U.S. Senate aide Susan Brooks to the group’s remote mountain base in Montana for a job interview. Once inside, he reviews her career history, particularly her willingness to take the fall for the financial crimes of her former boss, Senator Miller. Miller is an ally of the Brotherhood, and the group had the charges against her dropped in exchange for her agreeing to this interview. The Brotherhood wants her to oversee their operative the Extreme Warrior and his missions. Frondmead introduces the Warrior and then takes Susan on a tour of the base. In their operations center, he briefs her on their next targets, the former members of the Nu-Gene positive group the New Men. He then takes her to the base’s detention cells and, as a test of loyalty, orders her to kill a Nu-Gene positive boy being held captive. She refuses so Frondmead has the Extreme Warrior execute her and the boy instead.
