History
Located deep in the Amazon Rainforest, the Farmington-Kapusta International Telescope similar in size and purpose to Gardner-Kvashennaya. It funded by the U.S. and Russian governments to research planets. They were over-funded and scientists began misappropriating the money. In Farmington-Kapusta, they began licking hallucinogenic frogs to pass their time before being raided by the FDA.[1]
