In 1986, Gage was part of the supervillain team The Four alongside Deadlock, Starbright and Strongarm. The Four attacked three federal installations in a month, with their latest one in Reynolds Air Force Base leaving dozens injured and six dead. Both the Police and the National Guard were unsucessful in halting the rampage, and no independent superheroes took the matter into their own hands. In response to their actions, the superhero team Youngblood was created.[2]
1992
In 1992, Deadlock and Starbright were captured by Youngblood. In March, Gage and Strongarm tried to break them out, but they were stopped by Youngblood members Shaft, Chapel, Diehard, Bedrock, Photon and Vogue.[3] Gage was imprisoned in the pentagon. Although Showdown attempted to free him, Chapel shot Gage out of teleport range, and the rest of the Four left without him.[4]
2008
Gage was selected to be a part of a team called Mayhem, INC, designed to be the antagonist to Youngblood. Mayhem, INC consisted of Giger, Poppy, Warwolf, Blackrock and Gage.[citation needed]
