History

He is the butler of Markus Grimshaw , he worked with him for years, when he had his powers and after Samson lost them. Arthur Rosebaum was preparing on giving Samson a new suit so that he could still fight crime without powers but was knocked by Sanford one night who stole the suit. Sanford then appeared at the funeral for the Guardians of the Globe and attempted to burn their bodies before being defeated by Omni-Man
