Flash Mercury is the Spectacular Dragon and was the third Overlord. Flash always was a huge fan of the Dragon and wanted to be just like him. So he made a costume that grants him superhuman abilities.

Formerly when he was the third Overlord he had superhuman, Strength, Speed, and Durability. As the Spectacular Dragon he has superhuman Strength.
