You did nothing to stop them, did you, Colonel?! You knew what would happen to Boggs, you didn't like having your authority challenged, so you figured he deserved it! Bye-bye, Boggs, bye-bye, problem!
History
In Summer 1988, Gamble was a member of Youngblood alongside Riptide, Diehard, Battlestone, Boggs, Raines and Chapel. They were deployed to Kuwait to prevent Hassan Kussein's Iraqui Army from invading. After defeating the first strike, Battlestone ordered Youngblood to move on, but Boggs disagreed, saying they should check out the underground supply bunkers. Stone warned him about booby traps, but Boggs moved underground, accompanied by Raines. As Stone expected, they encountered a trap, which exploded, killing Boggs and Raines. When Gamble confronted Battlestone about the fact that he did nothing to stop Boggs or Raines, Stone punched Gamble so hard that he killed him.[1]
