Synopsis for "New York Confidential"
Gen 13 have traveled to New York on vacation. While Lynch is off meeting someone, the team goes downtown and visits a record store. Inside, Roxy strikes up a conversation with a music journalist named Andrew, and they go for coffee together. During their conversation, a police officer enters to arrest him. The cop shoots at Andrew, and Roxy uses her powers to deflect the bullet. The rest of Gen 13 enters, having heard the gunshot, and Caitlin punches the cop into a wall. They flee with Andrew, and he reveals that he witnessed the cop kill two men and then followed the cop to a precinct house. Gen 13 decides to visit the precinct and investigate. When they enter, they discover the precinct house is a gateway to Hell. The cop appears, explaining that he sold his soul and now retrieves fugitive souls who have escaped Hell. Gen 13 fights him until Caitlin realizes he is telling the truth. The cop then reveals Andrew is one of the fugitives. Andrew tells Roxy to go, and the cop lets Gen 13 leave.
