Synopsis for "untitled"
A few days before Christmas, Riptide arrives at an Antarctic research station on a mission to investigate why the scientists posted there have stopped communicating. She finds one of them inside, and he explains how the others went missing after an attack by a monstrous creature. She and the scientist track the others’ transponders to a nearby ridge where they find a horde of raging apes. Riptide deduces the scientists were assigned to observe these primates and finds the missing men in a cave. She frees them and holds the apes at bay until driven into another cave. There, she finds the female primates and their young. The scientists start an avalanche to bury the apes, but Riptide uses her powers to turn it into a harmless snowfall. After she and the scientists make peace with the apes, they celebrate Christmas.
