History
Mother Clucker's was a restaurant in Philadelphia. It opened thirty-five years before the avian flu outbreak and catered to many Philadelphians over the years. It was ground-zero for the avian flu outbreak that killed millions of people world-wide. The FDA closed down the location for investigation upon discovery of the outbreak.
Years later, the owner began an illegal chicken distribution ring with with D-Bear providing the distribution. It was ignored by the FDA at the time due to the appearance of the fire-writing in the sky.[1]
