Radcliffe Winterstone is a rutheless bounty hunter and a foe for Gunslinger Spawn

Radcliffe was born into the Winterstone clan a band of ruthless outlaws who murder,enslave,and steal from the town folks for thei own ends.

Radcliffe was the surviovr of Gunslinger's massacre and wants revenge on him after gaining powers.
