Raymond Reece is a Creosakarer who works at Sugar Rush Sweet Snack company. His boss hypnotized him to create machinery of destruction and destroy a city block in Philadelphia. Tony Chu discovered that he was hypnotized by his boss, a member of E.G.G. Terrorists, and brought her down.[1]
