History
ReAnimen are creations of a scientist named D.A. Sinclair. They are former humans who had been altered by Sinclair to create the ReAnimen, mechanical zombie like creatures created through surgery and controlled with mind control.
In their first appearance Sinclair created four ReAnimen. The first fought Invincible and nearly won until he knocked its helmet off revealing its true face. Horrified but what it had become, the cyborg killed itself in a depressive madness. Three more including Rick, William's ex-boyfriend were used to kidnap William to convert him into another ReAniman, Invincible fought all three which nearly killed him until William was able to help Rick break free of Sinclair's control and defeated the other two. All three were taken away by Cecil and the GDA to hopefully remove their alterations.
While in the GDA's custody, Sinclair created three more ReAnimen who were according to Cecil "Dead soldiers serving their country, one last time." in an effort to stall and hopefully defeat Omni-Man as their technology was able to beat Invincible to a standstill. All three fought Omni-Man, managing to hold their ground against him for a while. However, Omni-Man soon made short work of them; Punching one's head clean off, crushing the seconds skull and ripping the third in half before shoving a probe into its ripped open organs much to everyone in the GDA's disgust and Sinclair's frustration at his creations destruction, smashing a keyboard before being taken away.
After Omni-Man left earth Cecil had Sinclar create thousands of upgraded ReAnimen as a Viltrumite countermeasure.
