• Transitional Phasing Beam (formerly): Due to an encounter with an extradimensional alien, Red Eye would become the vessel for it and was granted a form of heat vision. His optic beams can be controlled by will and follow the target similar to Darkseid's Omega Beams. Red Eye's laser emissions are fast enough to catch Outrun, a person with enough speed to walk on water . It was even fast enough to follow Ms. Popper during her teleportation.
