History
Reign was the leader of The Factor, an elite unit of the Imperial High Guard of D'Vor, called in to do the bidding of the council Magistrate when regular forces were insufficient.
In 1992, The Factor were summoned when a group of humans escaped their mandatory executions after challenging D'Voran prince Genocide. The Factor were able to overpower the humans, but they were interrupted by the D'Voran freedom fighters known as the Birds of Prey.[2] Not wanting to fight the Birds of Prey in their territory, The Factor fled.[3]
