Synopsis for "Mystery of the Numinous Nemesis!"

In Empire City, Ultiman fought his own daughter.

Earlier, he fought alongside the rest of the R.T.A. against Tabula, the Kadmonic Man, in Capitol City. Tabula could replicate all of their powers and was defeated when the Blitz returned with a scroll from a Hebrew library in Warsaw that Ms. Merlin used to turn Tabula's body into stone. After the battle, they placed his body inside of their trophy room. Ultiman informed his team that Tabula stole the Libidikon from their trophy room and they deduced that Rabbi Adam wanted to use it to access Sephirot, the upper spheres of the map of reality.

In the present, Ultiman was surprised to see Christine older and with powers, as she was four years old. Ultiman fought his daughter and was defeated. At the Salt Flats in Utah, racing magnate Dino Barnelli and his daughter Gina watched Jimmy break the new land speed record, using a rocket car. As Jimmy drove, an empty Blitz uniform dragged him from the car, causing it to crash. The suit beat up Jimmy and stood over him.

Miles above, in space, the Beacon recharged a weather satellite's power cells before she was attacked by an individual claiming to be a priest of the Purple Pearl, the highest order of jewel warriors, coming for her gem. The individual defeated her with the power of the Purple Pearl.

At the woods, outside of Circle City, Hummingbird planned to rest from being a superhero and visited a bird's nest, only to be attacked. When he called Edgar for help, the raven attacked him, as well before flying away with him, into the sky.

Elsewhere, Ms. Merlin found herself in a building where she saw her former self, Mike Merlin, in a mirror. Her former self claimed that she was fake and that he was the only one and that he wanted to reclaim his "rightful place" at the R.T.A. Ms. Merlin claimed that switching genders was a price to pay to learn the magic they dreamed of. Mike Merlin defeated Ms. Merlin.

Thunder Girl found herself in the Annals of Time and Space and found the book of her life that she found on Earth-B. An individual appearing to be Mother Nature appeared in front of her and claimed to plan to return her to her home of Earth-B. When "Mother Nature" embraced Molly, she began crushing her and took the form of the Sinister Snake, although it claimed to actually be her dark side.

Knight Watchman went to a theater in Midway City, where the Pink Flamingo sent him through a trap door.

After the R.T.A. found themselves in the Universal Unconscious, the Living Archetype revealed himself. The Living Archetype also revealed that Doctor Weird destroyed his body and that by stealing the Libidikon, Tabula broke Doctor Weird's stasis, giving him more power and allowing him to create an archetypal nemesis for each of the R.T.A. members, based on their own desires and fears: Ultragirl, the "anima" of Ultiman, the Blitz's costume, his persona, the Beacon being trapped by mana, the power she wielded with her gem, Hummingbird with the power of the symbolic animal who accompanied him, Ms. Merlin, with her male side who was as "real" as she was, Knight Watchman with the Pink Flamingo, and Thunder Girl trapped in Maya, an illusion world.

Molly Wilson found herself awake in the Hall of Justice and saw that the rest of the R.T.A. was being held in a trance by the Libidikon. She was unable to touch it, so she researched Archmiedes E. Tipe on the R.T.A. database. When she attempted to summon Doctor Weird, the Living Archetype grabbed her and took her to the Universal Unconscious, where he revealed that anything one could dream of was possible. Molly decided to use this to her advantage and transformed into Mother Nature, who destroyed the Living Archetype's archetypes. Mother Nature ordered the R.T.A. to return to the corporeal world with no memory of what happened and claimed that they had confronted their fears and passed the trials. Then, she destroyed the Libidikon before casting a deep sleep onto the Living Archetype.

Mother Nature returned to Molly's heart and the latter, along with the rest of the R.T.A. woke up in the Hall of Justice. The R.T.A. found the Libidikon broken and saw a picture under it. The Blitz looked at his watch and saw that he was supposed to be in Utah ten minutes earlier.
