When Shadowhawk was wrongfully injected with the HIV virus, he swore to dedicate his life to fighting vigilantes who harmed innocent victims. Carlton Sun had been developing an exo-skeleton suit of armor that he would later don to fight crime. After dying, the mantle was taken up by Eddie Collins and several others as the Justice (Spirit of Justice) has lived within several individuals throughout time. Shadowhawk was created by Jim Valentino in his original incarnation. He first appeared in Malibu Sun unofficially, and Youngblood #2 in (1992). The modern version was created by Valentino as well, first appearing in New Man #4. |
