History
The Stalk was a Freelancer from the planet Demimonde, assigned to track down Alana and Marko. Her orders, like those of The Will, were to kill the fugitive couple and recover their child Hazel.[2]
She first found Alana and Marko on the planet Cleave. She incapacitated Marko with her barbed tongue. Before she could take further action against Alana, she heard the sound of approaching Horrors and took off.[2]
The Stalk finds several troops bound by magic while hunting Marko and Alana.
The Stalk found the planet of Cleave more troublesome than she expected. As she was being pursued by giant tusked boar-like creatures, she phoned The Will for assistance with her mission. He refused, citing past infidelity.[3] However, he later found himself in need of aid, and returned the call to The Stalk to belatedly accept her request. Now hot on Marko and Alana's trail, she refused.
Suddenly, Prince Robot IV and a squad of Landfall Coalition forces arrived. When she reached for her phone, the prince blew a hole through her chest.[4]
The Will, on the phone with her at the time she died, spoke to Prince Robot IV when he picked up her phone. The Will promised to murder him and everything he loved as revenge for The Stalk's death.[5]
