Star Maps is a paparazzi who specializes in researching celebrity cases. He offered to give Khalid DeGuerre's secret location, but only in exchange for P.I.'s Dreamcoat. When P.I. refused, he said he would also do it for a kiss from P.I. the way they used to. After P.I. kissed him, Maps told him to investigate the Tubes.[1]
