History

StormWatch Black was a subdivision of StormWatch focusing on covert operations.

Henry Bendix restructured StormWatch field agents into three teams, StormWatch Prime, the unit suited to deal with superhuman threats in hotwar situations; StormWatch Black, the covert insertion unit; and StormWatch Red, a unit comprised of those members with greatest destructive capabilities for acts of deterrent displays and retaliation.
