Colonel Storz is the leader at the Forward Operating Base Echo in Nunavut. He summons Ma'am when an All-Terrain Vehicle goes silent in Yellowknife. She tells him she wants to send troops in and make sure it's not a forming renaissance.[1]
After Ma'am extracted the location of the Two-Four Hideout, Ma'am reported to Storz. Storz told Ma'am that he'd have a team at the hideout by sunrise, though Storz was told Ma'am wanted the cut-throats to be dealt with before the Two-Four caused any drama with her fleet.[2]
