Synopsis for "The Winds of Change"
Thor continues to rant about Hitler as he and Supreme fight. Supreme tries to tell him Hitler has been dead for decades, but Thor angrily rejects the idea as Nazi deceit. Using his hammer and the lightning it generates, Thor briefly gains the upper hand before Supreme finally knocks him out. Supreme drops off the unconscious Thor at Jason Temple’s office. He offers Thor up as a replacement leader of Heavy Mettle, but Temple explains the team has disbanded. Supreme claims Thor’s hammer for himself and leaves. In his lab, Grizlock gloats to his assistant Horace Green about his latest plot against Supreme. He intends to use synthetic radium he created decades ago to nullify Supreme’s powers. Supreme visits the grave of his lover Louise Masters and then the home of Charles Flanders, the former Kid Supreme. They discuss how things have changed in the decades since Supreme left Earth. Flanders mentions how Youngblood dominates the media and turns to find Supreme has left. At TV station WABC in D.C., Maxine Winslow is preparing to leave her office when Supreme arrives and says they need to talk.
