Synopsis for "Gone Animal"
In the 1970s, John Lynch a.k.a. Topkick leads U.S. Special Forces Team 7 on a raid to rescue hostages in Iran. They storm the building where the hostages are held and fight their way through terrorists. Cole Cash a.k.a. Deadeye and Michael Cray a.k.a. Deathblow breach the room where the hostages are and seemingly kill them. Lynch is outraged, but Cray shows him that the “hostages” were actually stuffed dummies. He calls in an airstrike and leads the team to a hardened sub-basement under the building to ride out the blast. Later, Team 7’s boss and International Operations chief Miles Craven shows Lynch video footage that the hostages had already been killed before the raid. While the rest of the team takes some downtime, Craven shows Lynch a video of men in an African prison becoming murderously violent after exposure to some experimental weapon. Craven then orders Team 7 to destroy the prison compound and the weapon. That night, the team parachutes onto the site and, after finding mass graves, slaughters the armed men occupying the compound. They reach the building identified as the weapons lab but find it long abandoned. They hear a hissing noise as the weapon suddenly rises out of the floor, emitting a gas that knocks out the entire team.
