History

While working for the Central Intelligence Agency, Terry Fitzpatrick began investigating his employer Jason Wynn when he found internal corruption.

As Fitzgerald got closer and closer to Wynn's secret, henchmen Chapel, Leon, and Merrick were dispatched to stop Terry from discovering the truth. They were all stopped by his long-time friend, Al Simmons who was now acting as Spawn. During the warehouse raid, Al touched Fitzgerald so that he may see into his past. He saw that Terry really did care about him and that he was not involved in the plot to kill him. Terry then escaped with the evidence needed to bring Wynn down.
