Synopsis for "The Replacement Blonde"
Victor Thursby sneaks away to the mountains for a secret part with he Divine Order of the Great Eleven. They get naked and dance the night away. He frequently mentally escapes to the parties when he's working, even though most people would dream of having his regular job. He loved living there until Phil Brodsky pulled him out before the police raided the compound. Years later, he started working with Kamp and started the studio so he could give the orders.
Elsewhere, Maya Silvers waits for her big break as an actress. She sees the line of others trying out is long and becomes concerned at her chances. Tom Greavey attempts to calm her down and tells her everything has already been worked out. The try-out was just a formality. She kicks him out when he makes a pass at her. She turns to the closet and can't believe her break as she pulls out Valeria Sommers' clothes which are an exact match for her. She recalls when she sat in a waiting room with her once where they both tried out for the same role.
At the same time, Greavey went to meet with Brodsky. Greavey tells him they have a problem again, even though he paid the $20k to make it go away months ago.
Maya returns to her room after the shoot. She floats on cloud nine having finally achieved an acting gig after years of selling herself for roles. When she returned to her room, she heard a noise in her closet. Mr. Thursby emerged from a secret back door. She thinks he's there for sex and disrobes. He call her a child and immediately walks away and she stands naked and confused.
Later, Maya meets with Tom. She wonders how he knew that Thursby would walk away. Tom says he's good and drops her off at home. When she walks inside, she's confronted by her husband, Armando Lopez. He asks if she slept with anyone in an accusatory voice. She argues that he sold her for money and demanded he left. However, as he left the house he was attacked by Brodsky. Brodsky told them he was going to remove him from her life.
