History
The Forsaken aka the Dark Redeemer was the first Redeemer born
And was a prototype that failed because the power of the element fire was unstable at the time thus God and Heaven were disgusted with his existence so he was cast out and thus ends up on earth. No other known files on The Forsaken were revealed as Heaven erased his files. However thanks to the time bomb by Spawn The Forsaken resurfaced to redeem himself to join God again working with the demon Cordelila for this goal unaware that God does not want Forsaken to be with him.
He would go on to attack other hellspawns and capture them for Cordelia which is usually against his killings. He would later fight against both spawn and the current redeemer where he learns the truth.
He goes after Cordelia and tries to kill her but Spawn shows up and stops him. His helmet cracks and escapes. Jericho later finds him and convinces him to go after sinn who is redeemer and we later learn that forsaken's true idenity was Abel the brother of Sinn.[1]See Also
