Synopsis for 1st story
Wernher von Braun and Yuri Gagarin receive a distress warning from Laika's ship that he is running into an unidentifiable alien ship.
At project Gaia, Albrecht Einstein and Richard Feynman receive an alcohol bottle courtesy of the president. It knocks them both unconscious.
At project Vulcan in Earth's Core, William Westmoreland arrives to shut them down. When Leslie Groves refuses, Westmoreland hits a button that overrides the electronic suit Groves is in and knocks Dmitriy Ustinov's brain out of his suit into Harry Daghlian's arms.
At project Ares, Wernher and Yuri are taken by US troops.
They are all placed in a Los Alamos prison together.
At the White House, President John F. Kennedy thanks Joseph Oppenheimer for his services. Oppenheimer continues to have internal discussions with his multiple personalities and one eye becomes red and one eye blue.
